Anton “Pink” and Dorothy Marty will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary at an open house on Saturday, April 5, from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Monroe Swiss Hall located at 18500 Tualco Road. All friends and family are welcome to join the celebration.
Pink and Dorothy were married on March 18, 1944, in Snohomish. After marrying, they resided at the family farm in Duvall, where they raised five children and still live today. Their family has grown to include 52 members, with more on the way!
They have been members of the Monroe Swiss Colony for many years, enjoying every event, dance and bratwurst dinner!
Weekly coffee and dinner with friends keep them up to date with the latest news in the valley.
Their busy lifestyle, family, friends and especially their dog, “Rascal,” keep them young at heart.
