Join Seattle Public Utilities for a fun-filled day during winter break discovering wildlife in the Cedar River Watershed with hands-on activities, crafts, presentations, and nature walks.
 
Discover what kinds of wildlife live and thrive throughout Seattle’s largest protected watershed.
 
Thursday December 28, 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
All day activities and presentations:
WDFW Karelian Bear dogs: Meet the dogs who keep wild animals in the wild
Watershed wildlife presentations
Family nature walks: Rattlesnake Lakeshore exploration
Wildlife craft activities, animal tracks, and more
Examine owl pellets and discover “what was for breakfast”
Explore the Center’s Water is Magic exhibits
 
Location:  Cedar River Watershed Education Center, 19901 Cedar Falls Road SE, North Bend WA, 98045
 
While free snacks & drinks are provided, we recommend you bring a lunch, as food concessions are not available. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
