Kindering Presents “Nourishing Emotional Well-Being" N.E.W. for New Moms

Becoming a new mom is a journey of joy and excitement but there are other emotions too. Along the way, moms may experience intense feelings, stress responses, parenting concerns and conflict within the family. This class will help participants identify and nourish their own emotional well-being.
Mom’s with children of any age may attend but this presentation will be geared to moms with children under age 3.
Presented by Rosanne Carter, Family Support Manager, Kindering Center.  Rosanne Carter is an Infant Mental Health Therapist and has provided relationship based support to families and children for 20 years. Rosanne holds a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy with an emphasis in Medical Family Therapy from SPU. She also earned her Infant Mental Health certificate from The UW’s Barnard Center. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and children.
