Snohomish Announces Movies in the Park Lineup

  • Written by Woodinville Weekly Staff
If you’re looking for a hero this summer, than look no further than Snohomish’s Movies in the Park lineup, featuring lovable characters that will save the day while winning your family’s heart. The Incredibles and Hero 6 will light up the night and the giant inflatable screen with crazy antics, action-packed shenanigans and heart-warming life-lessons.

Come early to get a good seat. Bring a blanket, low-back chairs and a picnic dinner, or grab a snack at one of the food trucks or concession counter. Games and activities will be provided by Pursuit Church and Tae Kwon Do Way before the movies begins. Dusk changes each week, but anticipate the movie start time around 9:30 p.m. (Evenings get cool so bring warm clothes or an extra coat or blanket.)

Summer movie schedule:

August 3: The Incredibles
A family of undercover superheroes try to live a quiet suburban life, but are forced into action to save the world.

August 10: Hero 6
When a devastating event befalls the city of San Fransokyo, plus-sized inflatable robot Baymax, and prodigy Hiro Hamada, team up with a group of friends to form a band of high-tech heroes.

Snohomish Movies in the Park are located outdoors on the lawn area of the Boys & Girls Club located at 402 Second Street. All the movies are free and open to the public. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times.
