Sara Anne Verble passed away on February 23rd. She was 21 years old. Sara died suddenly of a pulmonary embolism at the end of a walk with her boyfriend Alex and her beloved dogs. Sara was born in Orange, CA and moved to Woodinville with her parents in 2003. She attended
East Ridge Elementary, Timbercrest Junior High and graduated from Woodinville High School in 2015. Sara was attending UW Bothell and was studying towards a computer science degree. She lived with Alex in Bothell.

Sara worked full time in a technical position to compliment her college work. Along with work and college, she took care of her two ‘babies’, dachshunds Murphy and Max. Her dogs were her pride and joy. Sara had the technical mind but was also an artist. She had three online stores selling her art creations. Dachshund and other dog art were her favorite. She said it made her happy to see her art make others happy. Sara had a promising future. She had intelligence, artistic ability and the drive to do what she set her mind to. She would have had a life full of great things, but it was a life cut short. All the plans, hopes and dreams of a beautiful 21 year old will never come true.

No memorial has been scheduled yet. She is survived by her parents, Kevin and Joanne Verble of Woodinville, boyfriend Alex Rodriguez and many relatives in California, England and Canada. The tears for Sara have been truly international. The love and caring shown for her has been overwhelming. She will be missed dearly. For myself, her father, and my wife, we will think of her every day until we can be with her again. As her dogs were her pride and joy, she was ours.
