Pet of the Week - Pixel

Pixel is a spirited 2-year-old ball of fluff and she’s looking for her fresh start! Pixel is a truly fun cat. She’s full of spunk and will provide her humans hours of entertainment while she darts around the house, chasing toys and showing off her agility.

In addition to her athletic ability, Pixel is a great conversationalist and will keep you company when you get home from work.

Pixel can get overstimulated with petting and handling, so she’d do best in an experienced home with just teens and adults that will pay attention to her body language. She is looking for a home without other cats, but we don’t know if she’s ever met dogs. Pixel may be your purrfect match!

Homeward Pet, located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville, is currently doing adoptions by appointment only. Please see our website www.homewardpets.org for more information.

Pet of the Week - Bandit

W 400 banditBandit is aptly named, because he will surely steal your heart! He’s the best kind of thief and he’s not afraid to own it. Plus, what’s wrong with having your heart stolen by the best cat this side of town?

This 8-year-old handsome hunk of love is friendly, outgoing, spunky and fun. He’s got the energy of a fella half his age and has a blast playing with toys, climbing cat trees, watching birds out the window and being doted on by his humans. Sounds pretty ideal!

Bandit lived with another cat before and did well, but he is a rowdy player and any resident cat should match his playstyle.

Bandit’s never met dogs, so any introductions should be done slowly. If you’re ready to have your affections stolen, come meet Bandit today!

Homeward Pet is located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville and is open for visitors between 12 noon and 6p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.

Pet of the Week - Mack

Mack
Mack is built like a Mack Truck! Mack is squat, wide and pretty much perfect. This solid boy is just about a year old and full of enthusiasm. Everything is exciting and he wants to be a part of it all! Mack enjoys any activity where he can burn off some of his energy – walks, jogs, play time, hikes…bring it on. Mack is looking for an active adopter that will do all those fun things with him. And he’ll eagerly participate with a big smile on his face and pep in his step. Mack likes to rough and tumble with other dogs, but he can be a bit rowdy, so any resident dogs should be able to match his play style. We don’t know if Mack’s met cats before. All kids in the home should be old enough to feel comfortable around a big and wiggly dog. Come meet this handsome hunk today! Homeward Pet is located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville and is open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.

Pet of the Week - Chase

Chase is looking for his special person. He’s an amazingly loving soul who just wants to share his big heart. Chase is easy to please. All he asks for are pets galore. Lap time, cuddle time, brushing time are all this 13-year-old’s favorites.

Chase has something called Cerebellar Hypoplasia, so he’s a little wobbly when he walks. But it just adds to his charm! We don’t know how Chase is with other cats or dogs, so any introductions should be done slowly.

Let Chase steal your heart today! Homeward Pet is located at 13132 N.E. 177th Place in Woodinville and is open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.

Pet of the Week - Russell Wilson

  • Written by Bob Kirkpatrick
Russell Wilson

This Russell Wilson may not play for the Seahawks, but he’s skilled at catching balls and will put on quite the show for you! Russell is a big-hearted, affectionate, snuggly and playful 7-year-old kitty cat. He bonds strongly with people and likes a lot of attention. He is an all-star at cuddling and will snooze away in your lap or arms for hours on end.

Russell does have some trouble with his kidneys, so he’s hoping his new adopter has experience with medical needs. He lived with several cats before, but we are unsure of how they got along.

We don’t know if he’s ever lived with dogs, so introductions should be done slowly. Because he can give love nibbles when he’s being pet he would do best in a home with older kids that are cat savvy.

Homeward Pet is located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville and is open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.
