Celebrating 50 Years of Work and Marriage

mom and dad 2010Phillip and Robin Hill were married in Yakima, WA on November 30, 1968 when they were both 18 years old.   They were both born in 1950 in Yakima, and first met in elementary school.  Four months before their nuptials, Phil accepted a position at the Kirkland, WA post office where they relocated to start their new life together.  In 1977, they moved to Woodinville and welcomed their daughter, Courtney, into the world in October of 1978.  In December of 1981, their son Jeff joined the family. 

Phil is known for his love for baseball, his love for Chevrolet, and his love for his family.  Robin is known for her kind heart, her beautiful spirit and her love for her family. 

Robin has enjoyed her retirement from banking by spending time with her 3 granddaughters – Sierra (8), Colette (5), Cheyenne (2), who are the center of her world. 

They are looking forward to the arrival of their 4th grandchild, and Jeff’s first child, in January 2019. 

Phil aka “Coach” retired on August 3rd of this year after 50 years as a mail carrier with the Kirkland Post Office.  Phil and Robin Hill will celebrate their 50th anniversary and Phil’s retirement on September 2nd with their family and friends at their daughter’s home in Woodinville.
