He weighs just under 14 pounds and would love going everywhere with his people. He does best with confident dog owners who provide him with daily training and boundaries. This holiday season, join with Homeward Pet for the fourth annual Holiday Pet Food Drive to help animals and families in need in our community. Now through Dec. 31, drop off your generous dog or cat food donation to Homeward Pet between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. or at any of the participating locations listed on our website, www.homewardpet.org.

POW MommaMiaThis lady-like cat with the striking orange and brown stripes is Momma Mia! She is a 4-year-old torbie who would love to be your well-mannered companion.

Momma Mia was found with her litter of kittens under someone’s porch and is now here at Homeward Pet to start her new life. She is a shy girl looking for a mellow and calm household that will set her up for success. She enjoys quiet time and lots of petting! We are unsure how she does with other animals so slow introductions are recommended.

Sergio and Starr enjoy petting, play time and lounging around the home. Sergio is a social and talkative boy who is 9 years old. Starr is a quiet and mellow 8-year-old with an ultra-soft, long coat. These kitties have never lived with dogs before so slow introductions are recommended.

November is Adopt-A-Senior-Pet-Month and Homeward Pet Adoption Center has some wonderful senior dogs and cats to consider as new family members. Cats and dogs at the shelter are considered seniors at the age of eight years and older. POW KodaThis brown and black spotted Australian Cattle Dog mix is Koda! Koda is a devoted and lively 4-year-old ready to find his home.

Koda is a great medium-sized boy, weighing in at 49 pounds. Koda is looking for a home with strong breed dog experience that can set him up for success with daily exercise, training and boundaries. He would love to find a home where he is the only dog and he would do best in an adult-only home. Koda loves to play fetch, enjoys long walks, and spending time with his people.
