THEFT, AUTO – 140TH AVE NE
Vehicle stolen from church parking lot, keys had been left in a hallway.
BURGLARY, COMM., –WOODINVILLE SNOHOMISH ROAD
Unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked rear semitrailer door and stole items.
LARCENY, TAKEN FROM BUSINESS – GARDEN WAY
A male and female entered the store and began looking at shoes. According to the reporting party her attention was drawn to the pair because of the strong smell of marijuana emanating from their persons. At one point, the male walked up to the counter with a pair of shoes and began yelling at the reporting party. Unfortunately, the reporting party stated that she could not make any sense of what the man was shouting. The male then took a pair of tennis shoes off a display and said “I’m gonna take these, you have too many.” The male then left the store making no attempt to pay for the shoes. The pair left in an older silver BMW.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED – WOODINVILLE -DUVALL ROAD
Female cited for driving with a suspended license.
BURGLARY, COMMERCIAL, ATTEMPT – WOODINVILLE -SNOHOMISH ROAD
Unknown suspect(s) broke out a window but the window was not large enough to gain access to the building.
VEHICLE, RECOVERY, OUTSIDE STOLEN – NE 184TH PLACE
A citizen called 911 to report an abandoned vehicle. When deputies arrived they discovered that the van had been stolen a few months ago from Everett. The van was loaded with property stolen from a business in Lynnwood. The deputies were able to return much of the property to the victim business and the van to its owner. Police also recovered multiple sets of “shaved keys” used to steal cars.
TRESPASS – WOODINVILLE -DUVALL ROAD
The reporting party called 911 to report that there were three males in the restroom refusing to leave. When the deputies arrived the two males were in the parking lot and one still inside the store. One of the males told the deputy that he was an “addict” and had purchased needles. He went on to say that he “went into the bathroom” to “grab some of the needles from the box and throw the rest away.” The management asked that the males be trespassed from the property.
VEHICLE, RECOVERY, OUTSIDE STOLEN – 144TH AVE NE
Recovered a stolen dump truck out of Everett.
TRESPASS – NE 175TH
Management requested that two individuals be trespassed due to concerns of drug usage while in the restrooms and excessive loitering.
LARCENY, SHOP LIFT – WOODINVILLE-DUVALL ROAD
Report of a male who had shoplifted a pair of shoes. The deputy found him a short distance away. The shoes were returned, the male charged with the crime and given a ride to his parent’s home in Kirkland.
