CRIMINAL WARRANT, MISDEMEANOR – WOODINVILLE SNOHOMISH ROAD
Deputies responded to investigate a report of a trespass in progress. As one of the deputies was coming into the area he recognized the female in question and knew she had an outstanding warrant for DUI out of Bothell. She was taken into custody without incident.
ATTEMPTED AUTO THEFT – NE 183RD ST
Two unknown subjects seen by car after alarm went off. Later determined that unknown person(s) had attempted to break into the car.
VANDALISM – NE 175TH ST
Shortly after 2 a.m. a Woodinville deputy saw a light on in the unoccupied building. Deputies found a broken window and a door ajar. Deputies entered the building and found fast food wrappers.
Young woman made threats to harm herself and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
VEHICLE RECOVERY, OUTSIDE STOLEN – WOODINVILLE-DUVALL ROAD
While on routine patrol a Woodinville deputy saw a couple standing next to a car. The car was double parked and backed into a parking spot with no front license plate. The male and female kept looking at the deputy as he drove through the lot and then quickly walked out of the lot. The deputy circled around and ran the rear license plate. The license plate did not match the car. The deputy then ran the Vin number and discovered that the vehicle and car keys had been stolen from a burglary in Snohomish County earlier in the day. The rear license plate had been stolen from a vehicle in Edmonds. The car was impounded pending a search warrant.
VANDALISM – NE 181ST STREET
Deputies responded to a report of an attempted theft of a vehicle that had just occurred. The victim reported that she saw a male inside her vehicle in the driver’s seat and a second subject standing at the passenger door. The victim used her remote to turn on her horn following which the suspects fled on foot. The suspects broke the door handle to gain access to the vehicle. Nothing was missing and it is unclear if the suspects were attempting to steal or prowl the vehicle.
