The deputy saw a large Winnebago with the door to the motor home standing wide open, it was parked sideways and using three parking stalls. The deputy also saw a car parked behind the motorhome, occupied by three people. MENTAL COMPLAINTS
Shortly after 10 a.m. a deputy was driving north on 144th Ave NE crossing the intersection at NE North Woodinville Way when he saw a male sitting in the travel portion of the westbound lane. The male had a shirt on but no pants. The man was sitting cross legged with his head forward  towards  the ground yelling at something. The deputy parked his car in the roadway to protect the man from being hit and began walking towards him. The man stared at the deputy and then got up and began to quickly approach him. The man was shouting incoherently and began ranting about cars and sticking his finger in his rectum. The man attempted to get into the front seat of the deputy’s patrol car at which point the deputy used a control hold to subdue the man and called for backup. Ultimately, the man was secured and we were able to identify him. He lived in a nearby apartment complex. Aid was called and the man was transported to the hospital for treatment. The man admitted to smoking “spice” a synthetic cannabinoid.
