Planning Commission Holds Public Hearing on Building Height in Tourist District

The Woodinville Planning Commission will be taking public testimony on Wednesday, August 21 at 7 pm.  The Planning Commission is planning on making a recommendation to amend Woodinville Municipal Code to increase the building height in the tourist district to 67 feet from 49 feet subject to various development requirements. 
The proposed change to the height requirement is coming at the request of the Woodinville Hotel Partnership in regards to their development of the Woodinville Village.  The meeting will take place at Woodinville City Council Chambers, 17301 133rd Avenue NE.
