Lady Falcons win streak now at 16 games

Mia Hughes knocked down 25 points, Tatum Thompson and Natalie Bright hit for 9 each and Woodinville improved to 16-0 with a dominating 64-28 win over Skyline Wednesday.

This one was never in doubt as The Lady Falcons raced out to 24-5 first-quarter lead and were up 45-15 at intermission.

The team took a 62-19 score into the fourth quarter and then removed its foot off the accelerator and coasted to the win.

Woodinville shot 53% from the floor, pulled down 45 rebounds, dished out 17 assists and finished with 14 steals on the night.

Veronica Sheffey added 8 points, Jaela Eggers scored 5, Brooke Beresford posted 4 and Autumn Sellie and Emma Torrie had 2 each.

The Lady Falcon’s put their unblemished record on the line once again this Friday night when the 6-9 Bothell Jaguars come calling. The game is scheduled for a 6:30 start.
