Homeward Pet: Pets of the Week | Jan. 6, 2023

Kota

If getting outside more and moving your body is one of your goals for 2023, Kota is ready to keep you showing up! This spunky and athletic 10-month-old Australian Shepherd mix is loads of fun. He’s ready to be your adventure buddy, hiking partner and jogging pal. Whatever you’re doing, he’s ready to do it with you! We don’t know if Kota’s ever lived with other dogs or cats, so any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly. He will likely do well with older kids who are comfortable around wiggly, active dogs. If you’re ready to get to work on your new year fitness goals, send in an adoption application for Kota today!

Vera

Petite Vera is as sweet as she is adorable. She looks like a little sprite and is happiest when

she’s snuggled up in a warm lap, purring the hours away. Vera is just about 6-years-old and a wonderful mix of playful and chill. She has bursts of energy where she likes to bat around at wands toys, and then enjoys recharging with a cozy, snuggly nap. We don’t know if Vera’s ever lived with other cats or dogs, so any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly. Vera can be a little shy and would likely do best with cat-experienced older kids who can handle her gently. If you have an open lap that’s ready for cuddles, send in an adoption application today!

Homeward Pet is located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville and is currently doing adoptions by appointment only. Please see our website for more information.
