Woodinville Farmers Market set for 2nd year in Schoolhouse District

May 05, 2023

The Woodinville Farmers Market is proud to announce the 2023 market season. Not only is this the second year the Woodinville Farmers Market is located in the centrally located Festival Street, but the Market is also excited to celebrate its 30th season. Starting May 6, 2023, and running through the end of September, the Woodinville Farmers Market will be open in the Festival Street alley and on the lawn of the District Flats in downtown Woodinville each Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“We’ve got an amazing team this season. The Market is supported by a full Board made up of vendors and passionate citizens, a year-round Market Manager with an Assistant Manager, and a great crew of volunteers. Coupled with coming back to Festival Street, I’m excited for the growth of our Market,” said Torrey Edwards, Woodinville Farmers Market President.

The Woodinville Farmers Market provides a bustling community gathering place as it brings together agricultural businesses of the Sammamish Valley, craft artisans, specialty food producers, and fun activities for visitors and residents of Woodinville. The Market also provides varied programming throughout the market season, kicking off with National Bike Month in May, an Earth-friendly way to travel to the Market. Other offerings include a honey-tasting challenge and local author reading during Pollinator Month in June, chef demos during Cooking Month in July, and more to come.

“We are excited to bring everyone back to the Market this year. With our wide variety of vendors, we have something for everyone. From fun programs to accepting SNAP benefits, to the return of the ‘Power of Produce’ program for kids, our Market continues prioritizing accessibility for the entire Woodinville community,” said Katherine Stewart, Market Manager.

With the support of the Woodinville community, the Woodinville Farmers Market is more than just a marketplace - it’s a community festival each Saturday.
