THEFT / 23-11688 – 18300 Block 120th Ave NE – on June 21, 2023, at 3:25 p.m., an officer responded to a theft that just occurred in which a suspect stole $750 worth of items. Officers arrived on scene and detained the suspect and their associate, and they were both trespassed form the property and released from the scene with charges expected in the mail.

06-24-23 0017 hours

DUI / 23-11882 – NE 195th St & I-405 Overpass – on June 24, 2023, at 12:17 a.m., the Night Squad contacted an idling vehicle in which the driver was passed out in the roadway. SFSTs were administered and the driver was arrested for DUI.

DRUG LOITER / 23-11911 – 21000 Block SR 527 – on June 24, 2023, at 12:36 a.m., an officer was in the area on patrol when they were waved down by three individuals who stated a suspect was prowling vehicles. The individuals directed officers to a car in which two suspects were detained, and drug paraphernalia was in plain view. Through investigation, it was determined that no vehicle prowl had likely occurred, but one of the suspects was arrested for Drug Loitering. Consent search was denied and the vehicle was impounded to the department pending a search warrant. When the search warrant was served, small amounts of fentanyl and paraphernalia were recovered from the vehicle.

THEFT / 23-11940 – 18300 Block 120th Ave NE – on June 25, 2023, at 4:20 p.m., two adult suspects were arrested after shoplifting at the location.

06-25-23 1708 hours

TA / 23-11941 – THRASHER’S CORNER – on June 25, 2023, at 5:08 p.m., officers responded to a 3-vehicle collision at Thrasher’s Corner, where one vehicle had rolled over. Once on scene, it was determined the accident occurred just north of the city and WSP responded. BPD units assisted WSP at the scene.

06-26-23 0024 hours

THEFT / 23-11965 – 24000 Block Bothell-Everett Hwy – on June 26, 2023, at 12:24 p.m., RP called 911 reporting a suspect was loading large amounts of merchandise into a cart and attempting to conceal the contents with newspapers. Officers staged near the exit door and when the suspect left the store they were immediately taken into custody without incident. The total amount stolen was valued around $1,100 and the suspect was booked into jail.
